Testing Report

1. Air tightness test

  • Test conditions: Connect the gas cylinder to the ten-way valve through the pressure reducing valve, adjust the partial pressure at the outlet of the pressure reducing valve to 1.5MPa, close the main valve, and observe for 24 hours

 Testing Result: Total valve pressure dropped from 9MPa to 8.8MPa within 24 hours

2.Service Life Test

  • Continuous switching at room temperature 1,000,000 times, the air path is smooth and the air tightness test is normal;
  • Continuous switching at room temperature 500,000, install valve on the chromatographic instrument at 250℃.It works normally under the conditions.

3.Practical Application Testing

  • Agilent 6890GC, ten-way valve sampling backflush, methane reformer;
  • The baseline fluctuation of the valve switching process is 1.2 pA
  • Trace amounts of ethyleneCO,CO2analysis and testing,20 ppmof CO,CH4,CO2 Standard gas injection test, compared with the imported ten-way valve,CO,CH4,CO2The peak shape, peak height, and peak area are all consistent, and the repeatability is  (RSD<1%)
